Content Policy

Cubio aims to be a space where anyone can safely create and share their own Cubes with AI. This policy applies to prompts, photos you provide, AI-generated results (figures, backdrops, Cubes), posts, comments, usernames and profiles. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

Content and Conduct Not Allowed

You must not generate, post, encourage or request the following:

  1. Content that sexually exploits or sexualizes children or minors, including use of photos of real children in a sexual context. No exceptions: immediate account deletion and cooperation with authorities.
  2. Content depicting explicit sexual acts or sexual services, or whose primary purpose is sexual arousal
  3. Hate, discrimination or threats based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, origin, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or disability
  4. Content that insults, threatens or harasses a specific person, or discloses their personal information (real name, contact details, address, etc.)
  5. Content that promotes suicide or self-harm or provides specific methods
  6. Gratuitous violence, incitement to real-world harm, or content that specifically facilitates weapons or illegal acts
  7. Conduct that harms the Service or others: fraud, spam, circumventing Credit or generation limits, automated access, multiple accounts
  8. Content that infringes others' copyright, trademark, likeness/publicity rights, personal information or other rights

Content with a public-interest context (education, news, prevention, recovery support) may still be restricted if it is unnecessarily explicit or contains actionable harmful information.

Photos and Real People

Cubio can turn a single photo into a Cube. When providing photos:

  • Provide only photos you have the rights to. Uploading photos taken by others or copyrighted images (album art, film stills, product shots of characters, etc.) may infringe rights.
  • If other people appear in the photo, obtain their consent. Photos of children require a parent's or guardian's consent.
  • Content that recognizably recreates a real person—including celebrities and public figures—so as to depict them saying or doing things they did not (deepfake-style content) is not allowed.
  • Original photos you provide are not shown to other users, but publishing a Cube made from a photo makes the Generated Content public. Before publishing, check that the Cube does not contain people, places or information you do not want to make public.

AI Generation and Safety Checks

  • The generative-AI providers Cubio uses may refuse to generate certain prompts or photos under their own safety policies. In that case generation fails or shows an error. No Credits are deducted for the refused call itself, but in multi-step generation, Credits for steps already completed may be deducted.
  • Automated judgments are imperfect. If a legitimate request is blocked, rephrase and try again; if legitimate requests are repeatedly blocked, let us know via the contact below.
  • The Company may additionally apply its own safety filters where necessary. The Company does not pre-screen all content by human review.
  • Results may differ from your intent and may incidentally include elements resembling real people, trademarks or copyrighted works. Checking before publishing is your responsibility.

Reporting

  • If you find a Cube, comment, username/profile or user that you believe violates this policy, report it to privacy@voyagerx.com. Including the link (Cube URL or profile URL) and the reason helps us act quickly.
  • If your own rights (copyright, likeness, personal information) have been infringed, include information verifying that you are the rights holder and a description of the infringement.
  • Reports are used only to handle the report; reporter information is not disclosed to the reported user.
  • The Company reviews reports considering order of receipt and urgency and does not guarantee an individual reply to every report.

Enforcement

Depending on the nature and repetition of a violation, the Company may:

  • Suspend or delete content
  • Require or make a username change
  • Restrict features such as generation, publishing or commenting
  • Restrict or delete the account

Where illegal activity or imminent harm is suspected, the Company may cooperate with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. You may object to an action via the contact below.
